Please read on to see how we have changed the rules for use of the funds in this Memorial:
Carmen Nardo was a creative, talented, beautiful woman who practiced the fiber arts using sheep, llama, camel, alpaca and other fibers to create beautiful and useful items. She practiced her art for more than 40 years and was a fixture at such weekend markets as those held in Port Gamble, Kingston, Poulsbo, etc. She founded the Wool Hat Farm in Poulsbo, WA and worked diligently to keep it running and alive until her untimely death on March 30, 2006.
Carmen is lovingly remembered by her many friends and is sorely missed. We hope this Fund will help to keep her memory alive and help others to become as creative as she and to give to the world as she did.
